Guided by our SustainAgility program, we embed sustainable thinking into everything we do. We set ambitious mid-term targets as part of our global strategy and in line with the Group’s purpose: Unlocking better futures for our people, our customers and our planet.
Key achievements in our sustainability journey
Decarbonizing our activities
In 2024, we reduced by 28% the CO2 emissions in our operations (scopes 1 and 2) and by 22% in our value chain (scope 3) compared to 2018.
Working in partnership with our suppliers
We ensure our suppliers adhere to high sustainability standards. In 2024, 75% of TalcAsia’ purchases come from suppliers who’ve been assessed for their sustainability practices.
Sustainability performance above the industry standard
In 2024, EcoVadis placed TalcAsia in the 96th percentile of all companies assessed, awarding us a score of 79/100 (well above the industry average – 54/100).

We have always made people our primary value, prioritizing health and safety, safeguarding human rights and labor practices, nurturing talent, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, and engaging with local communities.

We are taking specific steps to significantly reduce the CO2 emissions at our operations as well as along our value chain. Our 2030 climate change strategy is validated by the SBTi.
