Carbon powder solutions for greater lubricity

Lubrication keeps everything running smoothly. Our graphite powder solutions, designed to be mixed with polymers, oils and greases, increase the lubricity effect. 

This can be especially useful when lubrication is required at high temperatures, where regular oils and greases tend to burn, but the graphite element remains resistant and functional. This is because of graphite’s high chemical stability and thermal capacity. 

We supply a wide range of solutions to aid lubrication based on natural and primary synthetic graphites, produced out of our synthetic graphite facility in Bodio, Switzerland.. 

Our Timrex® specialty graphite dispersions provide superior self-lubrication properties for polymer, oils and greases applications. These are compatible with such end applications as water-meters, windscreen blades coatings, self-lubrication of engineering parts (bearings, bushes, valve guides, valve seats) and high alloy steels (cutting tools).
